2. Information We Collect


Clients

Contact details, billing info, security needs, site access requirements, personnel deployment schedules, emergency contact protocols, equipment inventory, compliance documentation, and special instructions or restrictions.


Visitors (Website)

IP address, browser data, device information, operating system, location data (via GPS or IP), form submissions, cookies and tracking pixels, session duration, page views, clickstream data, referral source, user preferences, login timestamps, and interaction logs.


Visitors (Premises)

Logbook entries, CCTV footage (signposted areas), ID verification records, time of entry and exit, purpose of visit, escorted personnel details, vehicle registration numbers, access badge logs, and visitor consent acknowledgements.


Personnel

ID documents (Aadhaar*/PAN), employment records, biometric data, training logs, background verification reports, medical fitness certificates, attendance records, payroll information, shift schedules, disciplinary records, and emergency contact details.


Incident Subjects

Names, physical descriptions, incident reports, CCTV/bodycam footage, witness statements, date and time of incident, location details, law enforcement involvement, photographic evidence, and follow-up actions or resolutions.


Vendors

Company name, representative contact details, service agreements, payment records, compliance certificates, background checks (if applicable), access permissions, and performance evaluations.

Note: Aadhaar handled per Aadhaar Act, 2016 with explicit consent.

3. How We Use Data

  • Deliver and manage physical and digital security services
  • Recruit, onboard, assign, and manage personnel and vendors
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including PSARA, DPDPA 2023, labor laws, tax, and employment regulations
  • Ensure safety and security through surveillance systems (e.g., CCTV, bodycams), with footage retained for 30 days unless related to an incident
  • Process client payments, staff salaries, invoices, and vendor contracts
  • Monitor website performance, detect suspicious activity, and enhance user experience through analytics and tracking tools
  • Facilitate communication regarding service updates, deployment schedules, and emergency alerts
  • Respond to lawful data access requests from law enforcement or government authorities
  • Investigate and manage incidents, complaints, or misconduct involving personnel or third parties
  • Maintain internal records, audits, compliance documentation, and operational reports

4. Data Sharing

We disclose personal and operational data strictly on a need-to-know basis and only to:

  • Authorized Service Providers – For functions like background checks, payroll processing, IT support, or surveillance equipment maintenance, under binding confidentiality agreements.
  • Clients – To provide service-related reports, deployment records, incident summaries, and compliance documentation.
  • Law Enforcement & Regulatory Bodies – When legally obligated under applicable laws, court orders, or investigation requests.
  • Auditors or Legal Advisors – For compliance reviews, internal audits, or legal consultations, bound by professional confidentiality.
  • Successor Entities – In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to continuity of data protection obligations.
We never share, sell, rent, or trade your data with unrelated third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

The logos, brand names, and trademarks displayed on this website are used strictly for informational and demonstrative purposes, and belong to our existing or past clients. These are presented only to showcase our services and professional collaborations, and do not imply endorsement or partnership beyond the scope of services provided. Specifically:

  • Reference & Demonstration – Displayed to illustrate the scope, quality, and professional relationships of our services.
